Stan Koch...thinking of going back.

Is this the CRT test that you drivers take at Koch? Is that all or do you have to do more, like lift weights and such?

Their recruiter told me they don't allow any personal conveyance... Is that right??? No off duty driving??

 

Not all the trucks are mid roofs, yes the first 5 yrs with the company trucks are at 63.5-64 mph, every truck have a.p.u's on them with inverters and there is no weight in the crt machine, its like a rubber band, the more pressure u give the more pressure it applys. And all the 2014 volvos have stupid singles , I worked there in 09 to 2011 then back in April and left last thurs to come home to work for halliburton , hope this helps formily. Truck 91408

I was on hold waiting for a Koch recruiter while reading all this stuff....they never got a chance to feed me their bull because I saw enough here to terminate the call before it was answered. bottom line is yes.....but only if u can get on a dedicated account.....cummins or polaris

 

been here now for a year.....which makes it a total of 3 yrs exp otr......never been late dropping or picking up.....clean csa...i do my job very well....i dont need or want too here from my fm......(tammy)....except for giving me my loads.....i have no issues with koch.....i run out 6 wks at a time....i get my 6 days off.....never not get home when i ask for certain dates....avg 2600 miles......so yea....its not about luck.....its about what iam doing!!!

 

I dont know about other peoples experiences with these people but mine have been horrorable. I've been here for a little over 4 months and I gave them my 2 weeks last week while I was home which means they could still run me for 9 more days & get me back to Mn. so they run me for 2 and now I sit in truck stop AGAIN with plenty of hours to work. I have been 100% on time and never said no to anything they asked me to do. I very easily could have said your equip.is in Phila come get it and started my new job on Monday like they wanted. I acted like a professional, but they are acting like kids and are gonna make me pay I guess. They say they'll pay you for this and that but then make you jump thru hoops to get it, if you get it at all right now over my time they owe me about $400.00. your request will be ignored. Mine often were, my DM is a clown there are some good ones but mine wasn't one of em. IF you need to get home on a certain date FORGET THAT !!! put in for a couple days sooner and maybe and I mean maybe you'll get home on time then they try to BULLY you to come back early out of 4 + months I requested to be home 3 times for a total of 10 days and NEVER got home on time THEY DO NOT WANT YOU HOME.. I guess I'm more disappointed in the fact they really don't give a flying F about you, out of 20 years driving and another 15 just working I've never had a company who made you beg for what was owed. Its your choice ppl They were supposed to be one of the better company's out there in my oppion they are not. I don't know what else I could've done to succeed here.
