Hi! Does anyone know where I could download a Trip Mileage and Routing Sheet? I'm working for a small company and they just keep making copies of the trip report that Noah had on the Arc. It's pretty ratty and hard to read by now. I would love to have something clean and legible to hand in. The company I work for don't seem to give a darn, It's just me, dotting the i's and crossing the t's as usual. I did a search on the internet, but didn't find anything FREE to download. I could make one in execl, but i'm being lazy first and doing it only when I have to.
Thanks for the help And feel free breaking my chops about this.

In the time it took you to post this...you could have made your own.......the prosecution rests!
Pop Thanks this. -
something like this?

MikeeeePop Thanks this. -
I wouldn't think it would be that difficult to make what you're wanting using Microsoft Excel.
-
Pop said he used Excel sometimes, but was too lazy to do it all the time - and to cheap to purchase something else.
He is looking for an easier and cheaper way.
Sorry Pop, I have no clue.
Except to maybe create a template in Excel that you could use over and over again. -
I googled Trip Mileage and Routing Sheet, this result was 3rd. https://dps.mn.gov/divisions/dvs/fo...rCarrier_IRP_IFTA_RecordKeeping_FactSheet.pdf
You have to scroll down a couple pages. There's a Trip Report form and below that a Monthly Mileage and Fuel Summary.
I recorded that data with Driver's Daily Log. http://www.driversdailylog.com/ -
The company better learn to take it seriously. I guess they will after their first audit. I'd be leery of driving where they're not entirely certain what they need to be doing to operate CMV's legally. Do they even have a state or USDOT number?

Thanks Mike!
I can use this for now. When I get home Im going to make one up in excel and make a bunch of copies for future use. -
You don't want to try and build a sheet on a phone? Hehehehee
