Sleepy, safe travels back.. Who took over the contracts now? I knew KBR was cheap to my understanding.

As for the stupid rates. I just tell them when you need it hauled call me and give me my rate. Nothing less.
Sad thing is I get very few call backs...

    Sleepy68 and kachup Thank this.

passingthru69, PAE took over the contracts that support the Embassy in Baghdad and Basra. You thought we (KBR) was cheap. With PAE i would be taking about a $20,000 pay cut and plus i would have to live outside of the Embassy compound. If KBR was still here i would have stayed. Now in Dubai, UAE, next stop London. Thanks. feeling pretty good, a little tired but i've also had a Margerita (spelling) and Long Island Ice Tea to help me sleep on the plane. :biggrin_25518: :biggrin_25526:

Just saw a Black T680 raised roof sleeper, window sleeper, dual stacks on the rear looked like 7 inchers on it and polished up pulling Mac Step Deck, I loved the combo knowing t680 are made mostly for van/reefer guys.

Sleepy, Yea that is too big of a cut and then housing aoutside the compound would make you a sitting duck even worse. Should of taken a side trip to Thailand, just don't tell the Mrs. Haha
Safe journey home and relax for a bit

The load I called about, well frost laws have me screwed. Not enough axles to get it out of Nd. at the present time

45th street, mm65, right north of the hook, 1500. Looked like someone stuffed a tall load under the bridge. Load had to be near 20 ft. The left side of the trailer was on the ground behind the drives. One of Wiley's boys was on scene...didn't see a pole car. Don't understand? No problem. Targeted audience.
