Sure can. Doesn't matter what company you run with. The better the company, the higher number of a game players they have. The a gamers will make the money and everyone else will fight over the crumbs. How would you like to have to survive on crumbs? That's why you see drivers quit Landstar. They get tired of the scraps and want the meat and taters. They jump ship and wind up waiting for crumbs again.

they continually jump ship but never do what they need to do to become an a game player. You never see a benchwarmers get a shoe deal or make commercials, do you? ONLY the a gamers. The starters. The MVP. Better practice hard in the minors.

Mercer mercer and mercer,flat step deck or dry van,They will sell you a trailer (lease Purchase)around 600 a month. Must have your own tractor.Packard Transport flat or step deck must have your own tractor and trailer.Both of these are real good people to work with.An 07 would scare me with the EGR and the Acert problems but living or running in Ca.is a problem all its' own.you should be able to find a $1500 tractor payment without much trouble.Good luck.Being young most will say you do not have a chance,but my boy started with a paid off 379 when he was 21and has done excellent,he is 23 now. Trucking will always be here so don't let the economy worry you. I can remember back in the 70's when fuel went to almost a dollar that was the end we are done down the tubes can not go on like this,most people prospered the 80's were great 90's so so .Just stay with it haul what you can until it stops then go haul some thing else
