the best thing about trucking office is the invoicing part of it
the ifta miles are not accurate so you may pay more fuel taxes,and the driver settlements wasn`t correct either
I tried it for 6 months and dropped it

 

Been at the gate since 3:45 am. Can't let you pass Sir. It's a Tank, with a gun. Can't get them @ 7-11.

I am running one truck. The IFTA miles are accurate for me. They are based on Promiles practical miles. It uses address to address routing. The invoicing is quick and easy. They are supposed to be putting out some big upgrades in June.

 

Ok I called and got mine dropped to $50 a month that's good for two trucks.

 

yes they are printable and if you do the same runs every now and again you can clone the invoice and change the date etc for a fast invoice

when you do 25-30 invoices a week,it really speeds things up

 

ITS also the thing I like the most is I can search a certain area for what loads I've done in the past and what they paid if I put the agents name in there I just call them before I ever look for a load...
