Location for the night

Raging headache, just didn't want to drive that road today. Jill says 102 miles from here, so if I roll out about 5 EDT, I will be at my delivery before 7 CDT. I prefer driving early morning, anyway.

 

Hotel night. Better than the loaner truck but not my house.

Long day feels good to relax a little ..then up early and do it again, but tomorrow going stop by the house.. Yup.. again! twice in one week almost.. Utto.. I'm slacking now like moosc..

Had issues with Chicago did you?

 

Not so much Chicago as the receiver and relay. The delay at the receiver (miscommunication on appt time) ate up about 7 of my 14, then I waited on the relay for another houf & a half...not the driver's fault, he was within his window. Just didn't make sense to me to take off and drive for an hour, then stop for 10 when I was almost 2 hours into it by then.

Good news is, I'm going west, not back east

 

Any storms in the vicinity?
