Mega Trux owed me 28,875$....never pay a dime...now I have to pay back my factori Co.

They are in every single alert they send about DO NOT USE companies/brokers .

 

I see you posted Mega Trux in the bad broker thread. Thank you. Will you please consider posting the other 7 companies that ripped you off so we can search the thread before we book loads with them?

 

Ya we hauled one load last year and that was the last one we will ever haul from them. Getting your money is very tuff, i had to make 10-20 calls everyday and they would give me all the BS, After 2 months I told them i'm coming to there office since i live couple miles away and I showed up and got my check. Now i see them posting loads once in a while and trying to screw innocent people.

I hope you can get your money somehow ,,call the shipper and receiver ,,involve everyone that you can.

Now they are shutting down i sensed these problems early last year when getting my money was so hard.

 

Yeah it sucks no doubt about it. This is why companies set credit limits.

 

The one Rip Off report on Baxter was pretty funny. Hard to take a person serious that posts like that.

But I have been looking for someone like them and got referred 3x by people that have used them and very happy. They know how to go after the shippers and receivers to get payment. It may cost a bit of the invoice but better the $0.

 

Best tip here: don't have too many outstanding loads with one particular broker or shipper. All your eggs in one basket kinda thing.

 

willing to join any class action suit against the company - please advise if anyone knows what to do or where to go - Megatrux used all the truckers till the last day and now refuses to pay them - please help

 

That name came up today when I was moderating another thread. I don't know them but can tell you that name is all over google and ripoff report. There are 4-5 people say yes they do collect and then like to keep the money. They too have lawsuits against them. Just google the name and you'll see.
