Exit 45 with 33 min left to drive. 60 miles from home. Thought about it, but really not too big of deal, I'm staying hooked to trailer because it delivers Monday night, so just park and go home. Be home less than 10 min after I shut the truck off.

Try lobster roll. It comes in a sandwich and is amazing. I've never had it anywhere outside of New England. Waaaay better than plain lobster and less expensive.

If you declare driver fatigue they will almost certainly relay you off the load or push back the appointment. I always refused loads that assumed I had been sleeping all day and could drive all night. Thankfully those days are over for me.
I give Roehl credit for being serious about driver fatigue. Every time I claimed it something got changed and I didn't have to drive the grave yard shift. -
Obviously you've never tried to find a spot in Jersey, New York or New England after dark. Live and learn. Rhode Island has one t/s in the whole state. Massachusetts has no parking at all and Connecticut is full on I-95 24/7. Same in the LA area. If you're low on minutes and your customer won't let you park, you're screwed!

Just in case anyone is wondering, there's virtually no parking at this walmart. Haha I parked on the side of the building where they unload 😛 I think there's room for about 1 and a half more trucks. Nice for a run in and shop, then leave deal. But I'm staying the night since I'm the only one here.

He's referring to the area I'm in specifically. There's plenty of truck parking on the stretch I'm at.

Bad, bad day. Might of had a 14 violation. Plenty time on 11 & 8. Was CSX's massive delay that did it. Freaking lost 4 hrs to them. Ran hard, made up ground, but still. Got post done, told move it, so did. BAM!!!! Violation. Went back to on duty, so don't know. Graph shows broken duty line, but nothing logged on drive line.
Im done, gone to sleep in Waupaca WI. -
Tag it make a note you were in the train yard, not on a public road.Dark Squall Thanks this.

Right in my back yard...Waupaca. Did you stay at the truck stop or the Kwik Trip across the road?
