My ATS indicator light started flashing (level 2) on my dash. I'm surprised my highway automatic regeneration hasn't started because it's been about 2K miles since the last one.

I pulled over at rest area to perform a parked regeneration, but it fails and I get an error message when it was doing the "Data Transfer" then it reads to check the Status Menu. This is what I get:

    Clutch N/A
    Service Brake N/A
    PTO Status OK
    Acc Pedal OK
    Neutral OK
    Vehicle Above Speed OK
    Park Brake OK
    System Fault CHECK
    System Timeout NA
    Temp lockout OK
    Permanent Lockout ok
    ENgine Temp OK
    Exhaust Temp N/A
    Vehicle Below Speed NA
    Inhibit Switch OK

When I check the Engine ECU I get no errors. And no errors in the other ECUs

I'm about 200 miles from nearest city. I'm not sure if I should drive that way and take it to a shop or if this is something I can fix myself until I get home (about 700 miles away) and take to a shop there. Has anyone run into this issue? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Shut truck off then turned it back on after about 30 minutes. Now my engine ECU has the following code:

    MID 128 PPID 328 FMI 7

i was able to find online that the "Fault Condition is: After Treatment Fuel Injector stuck closed" and "Possible Cause is Shut off valve stuck closed"

I don't know if I can take out the aftertreatment injector myself (I'm guessing that's the 7th Injector) and clean it out.

Well was able to drive home. Cleaned out the 7th injector and that solved the problem.

    *Side note*
I broke one of the two mounting bolts when removing the injector. The dealerships in my area don't sell the bolts by themselves (and they wouldn't give me the specs of the bolts), and they only sold them in a injector repair kit. Called 3 dealerships and price ranged between $75-$100 for the kit. Found the bolts at Napa for $.99 the size used was M6-60MM

I'd say nice work on fixing that.Decent price on parts and you didn't get raped getting the dealership to fix it. Thumbs up!

I would advise to replace 7th injector cause cleaning just temporary fix. Just make sure you using same hardened steel bolts(black). If you put regular ones you wont be able to unscrew them next time because of high heat there.

So question you didn't need to replace your Shutoff valve stuck closed" just replace 7injector and fix the problem????
