Uh you seem to be missing a key point. He cannot leave the scale without losing some weight.

    281ric and flatbedsurface Thank this.

bobtail.. If the shipper is close by I would be bobtailing to their place.
Please don't let us hear you went like a 100 miles and never weighed it. Because
I know there are scales to weigh at all over Mo. or even Ks. if coming in from the west side

Ok calm down a bit, it happens ok. How far away from del are you?
If not far call them and see if their local guy can come pick up the extra lumber.
There might be charge involved though.
This is part of learning. Never get in a hurry, ok.

If they are not close, look and see if there is somebody near bye that can pick up the extra part and store it for you. Then del. and back track for the rest. Yes you will be eating the costs.
do you drive for a company? If so have you called them and told them what happened?
They might have another trk. near by and transfer it onto them. Might be doing a hand unld..

OPUS 7 and 281ric Thank this.

So did you go past that Love's before you got caught??
Allways weigh your lds.. that or install on board scales on the trk and trl. if it is your trk..

    Lux Prometheus Thanks this.

you're right.im trying to figure out the whole story.according to my map theres over 15 scales in the state of missouri and maybe 5 weight stations wish makes me wonder it was bad planning on his part.is either he got loaded or been sitting on the load.he can bobtail to the shipper and try to figure something out.
