We've been at US Xpress for over a year now and what we've learned the key to sucuess at these mega carriers is to get on a dedicated account. That goes for whether your a team or SOLO driver. Most of them are drop & hook, little deadheading, little searching for an empty trailer, etc.bedwinner Thanks this.
