Out of orientation, first load to Little Rock, next load to VA. About 2300 miles for just under 5 days, how sweet it is.

    Next load picks up tommorow..
Guess I can wait for *that* load..

Atwater to Belton Moberly (Mo) and Franklin In.

I don't like the routing over 70..we will see what happens with the Weather.

    Week 3
Tracy CA - Lodi CA - Hammond WI : 2,055 miles
Hammond WI - Chaska MN - Ankeny IA : 303 miles
    2 trips
    2,358 miles

    Week 4
Ankeny IA - Oscoela IA - Farmers Branch TX : 688 miles
Farmers Branch TX - Rocky Hill CT : 1,664 miles
    2 trips
    2,352 miles

    Week 5

    3,045

    Week 6
Henderson NV - Garland TX (swapped) : 1,206 miles
Garland TX - Bartlett IL : 914 miles (home time...)
Bloomington IL - Lemont IL - Manassas VA : 844 miles
    3 trips
    2,964

    Week 7
Manassas VA - Williamsport MD - Vidalia GA : 751 miles
Vidalia GA - McDonough GA - Las Vegas NV: 2,145
    2 trips
    2,896 miles

    Totals
    11 trips
    15,557 miles
    2,592 per week ave ($907)
    1,414 per trip ave

Given that the first three weeks were somewhat of a slow start for me it has picked up considerably balance that with Gordon after 6 weeks
    13,087 miles
    2,181 per week ave ($828)

So I am BOTH money and miles ahead despite being on a lower rate.

Every week it looks like an increasingly good move for me.

Thanks to all the current Holland drivers for there time and insight on driving for Holland. I have few questions. (1) Of the bonuses how much of them can you count on as additional income? (2) How are lumpers paid for at must receivers on account or comcheks? (3) Do they pay detention time? (4) Are must of your loads truckload or multiple drop? Thanks Tanker

Those multi drop loads are killing your average. I figure you are averaging barely over 400 miles day. Staying out multiple weeks at a time should be able to hit 3200 miles a week minimum over 7 days. Sounds like you guys are running ltl's at a truckload rate.

ltl reefer should be good for .40 cents a mile to start and $20 a drop minimum.
