You know, I had an opportunity to work with Millis and decided that the training program was too long.
Looking back, I think it's a massive mistake. I chose FFE over Millis and, while it taught me a lot of valuable life lessons, it also gave me the ability to discern a good company from a bad company. All the guys I talk to at Millis are happy, and I've never really seen one act like a putz.
You get swift drivers pulling up on your left doing .5 MPH faster than you in the mountains and he stays there for 20 mins, or you get a C&R driver getting stuck on RR tracks, or FFE drivers getting caught drunk on the road- but you don't hear about that sort of thing from Millis.
