LLT - Curtainside I know, but I will show my ignorance here, what is an ez-roll?
-
Generic name for a Conestoga etc.
The curtainside has doors on the back, use them a lot in Europe and Rhoel uses them too IIRC. A EZ roll wont, it will have a flap.

Got it. Have looked into these before. In my current situation, it would seem that tarps will be my only real option since weight may be a factor.

I would go with $50 for now and see what happens. Tri county tarp, Bradner,Oh. keeps 14oz. and 10 oz. material in stock. I have used 10 oz. for years but I pad the freight well. I do haul some stuff like you are talking about and I do not pad it at all. It's soft skidded stuff and I just throw the tarps over it bungee them down and roll.
alaga Thanks this. -
harps tarps in Decatur ,ga can fix you up with two 16 x 24 trps with 4 foot drops of lightweight sides probeably be about 45 pounds each.
50 bucks is a fair deal in this case, a four foot deal over pallets is a piece of cake to tarp.alaga Thanks this. -
Talked w/Harp's, seem like decent folks. This should only be 'keep dry' local & short runs, may have to do an increase to the basic rate for occasional tarping since they may not want an extra charge part of the time. Thanks!
