here is another tip i learned
when passing another truck
before you pull back in
without leaning forward
make sure you can see both headlights of the truck you passed
then you have adequate space

 

We are old school! That is exactly the way we were taught when I was learning to drive. We were also taught to leave x amount of space between you and the vehicle in front of you for every 10mph of speed. Those things are no longer taught ....I know because I picked up a driver's handbook for the stubborn one, hoping it would peak her interest.
