You might want to check millenicom data plans. I'm sure they use Verizon's devices and offer 20gigs for $70 mth approx. I'm using Verizon's plan and get 8gigs for $69.95 approx. good signal but I may switch over.
Also you can always boost the signal by using a Wilson antenna with one of their amps too. Useful when you're in a remote area.
    Good luck.

Millenicom just upped thier price to $89.95/month after Verizon forced them to. It's still a better deal than going directly through Verizon. Verizon wants $110/month for 20GB. For 30GB is $180/month, for that price, you can get 40GB from Millenicom. They re-sell Verizon service, so you're getting the exact same network.

Sprint, t-mobile, and att all throttle your speeds after a few gbs. Verizon does not. With the millinivom, if you need more than 20 gb a month, you have to purchase a second hotspot device.

Also Wilson's 4g booster hasn't been released yet. I'd wait till it is instead of buying a 3g one.

I have been with Sprint and am currently with T-Mobile, and have gone well over 40 gigs on both with no throttling. If you go through threads on XDA and Android Central, other heavy users have reported going over 100 gigs without being throttled.

Those Wilson/amp combos only improve phone and 3G data, but not 4G.

was never throttled either. and i had their service when internet first came to the cell phone.

so glad things are greatly improved since then. you basically had to be a rocket scientist to connect back then. even tech support had no clue.

then the first air card came out. and it was all downhill from there. except for the priceing which was pretty pricey.

My Sprint data has never been throttled. I have played COD online for hours or watched Netflix in good 4G areas.

sprint was always unlimited in the 15 years i used them. more or less. they've always had the best deal for the cheapest price. but who knows what the future will bring.

i see they still offer unlimited. but want to charge for hotspot useage on a per gig teir. easy to get around.

as for charge by useage. i know carriers want it done. but the fcc wants otherwise. with more and more people streaming movies. and the various cloud services to help watch tv on the road. hard to say what the future for internet will bring.

at one point and time. it was predicted that the dvd movie would go by by in favor of the media stick. sony was ready to start selling disney on their proprietary memory sticks. but then, blu ray came out. and now the internet is takeing over. redbox put blockbuster out of business and now the internet is takeing over.

and to think, my uncle was wanting to install his 8 track player in his brand new dodge truck. LOL.

    97$/month. unlimited Verizon data

got it on eBay. 73$ activation and 40$ for used mifi modem.
So far Working very well, no complaint. Internet radio youtube redtube no problem.

Just search on ebay for unlimited data. There is grandfathered unlimited data plans for sale, but they go for about 300-500$. I just was lucky to find seller, who sold me business data plan only.
