Just another point of interest....I was told by our accounting dept that if you "live" out of your truck full time and do not have a residence then technically you would not qualify for the daily per diem deduction from the IRS because it is designed to be a benefit for the days you are away from home. Again, I am not a tax expert so take it just like I presented....just what I heard.

Just a heads up along this concept. If you don't have a residence do not take per diem. IRS rule is you have to maintain a residence that you pay the residential bills for to qualify for per diem.

And all that takes is an address that you send your wifi bill to.
Still, it needs a real address to send it to.
A UPS box is OK if it shows up as a real address, but a relative or friend's address is much better.
It's hard to believe that someone doesn't have anyone that they can use for a mailing address.
