Try "Radiator Stop Leak". Put a few bottles in there, depending on the gallon volume of your rad. That sometime helps if crack is not too big. Otherwise it's a new rad. :) "Detroit Radiator" sells and installs nice ones. You can get brand new one installed under a grand, with one year warranty. Or go with their best one, which includes 10 year warranty and goes for a little more then $1300 installed.

You put it in overflow bottle or direct in rad

I am not concerned with the rad, your CAB HEATERS, OIL COOLERS AND EGR COOLER would be my concern..

Yes! you have no indicated pressure because it is exiting the rad, if you depressurize at the cap, there will be no residual pressure to push fluid out rad crack...

Your call and $$$ my friend, I have spent my 2c worth..

Isn't your top rad hose on the left side? I've seen many leak and run down the inside of the tank. look close and check the hose clamps. If it's the radiator, then

As far as stop leak, only if you really have no other choice. It can clog heater cores, oil coolers and make a slimy mess inside the engine. Getting home to save a few hundred may cost more more than that down the road. If you use it, have the mechanic fush the system and use new anti-freeze.

No pressure if you pulled the cap off? Could be also 2 things. 1 is defective cap. 2 is your expansion tank baffle is broken and coolant flows into the overflow portion of the tank even when the engine is hot. There is a tube that comes out of overflow portion of the tank, could be dripping from there as well. If that's the case change both the expansion tank and the cap.
