I learned a lot getting in the industry and starting with CRST.

I learned what kind of BS is part of the game and to take, but I also learned what kind of BS NOT to take.
Moreover, I also learned that there are companies far and few between, that actually put drivers, the public, equipment, and safety at the forefront of daily operations.

It's load, money, and then everything else.

I learned that these companies, and twerp dispatchers sitting in a cube dont give a #### about me, or my CDL, and I can't get myself into a situation that impacts my license and record because of a company.

 

Yes I feel I need one for safety sake.

Some of us actually do not want to just be let loose from the start after a layoff.
What do you imply by "support of bad drivers"?

Some of us actually want to make sure we are comfortable before being turned loose, and dont presume to know everything.

I would consider someone that's been off the road 2 years voluntarily asking for a refresher to be a little more highly evolved, than someone such as yourself with a smart-### comment, thinking they know it all and are good to go.

If this is what you mean by a bad driver, I hate to see what your comments are about people that really do not have the intelligence it takes to safely operate.

I had heard before coming to TTR there were people like you here, always having some douche comment, being a negative Nancy about everything - super trucker do no wrong, better than everyone else.

I had not experienced it first hand until today - guess all the people I heard that from were correct.
