Parked Here for the Night

Made it to Grand Island, Nebraska Pilot. Guess I'll call this place home for the night. We back quiet till the sun comes up. Ya'll be good now ya hear.

 

I'd have asked for a manager. It goes without saying at least one comes with the meal. But I digress.

I can do you one better than this. I delivered to Winn-Dixie in Orlando, then found a decent enough spot to park in between a McDonalds and I think a Burger King that were just around the corner. Actually ended up spending the night there. I go in for my daily cooked meal. Pretty McNormal until i go to get my drink. The fountain wasn't working, so I returned to the counter expecting them to fill it back there where they do the drive-thru drinks. Nope. Cashier reaches behind the counter to flip a switch that turns on the fountain. Never seen that before.

Turns out they are on a footpath to/from the local high school. They had too many kids coming in there to socialize while enjoying the fountain drinks in their own cups without buying anything.

her hair was a mess and she hid in the truck on me.................sigh

 

Little America just started making you go to the counter to pay for a coffee cup before you can get coffee
guess that means truck drivers are as immature as H S kids

 

as far as parked I took the scenic route on IA 30 am in Denison Ia tonight

 

No. When I got to the j she was in the truck and we chatted while Mr duo was inside. Had to move my car when some driver decided to make a u turn and almost took my car with him. Tons of spaces but he wanted to park illegally.

She went with us to eat. I was embarrassed my car was a mess lol.

 

Still parked at home , and its nice spending time with my loved ones for a few days , before I go back out to do what daddy's got to do.
