OK Wannabe your a learnin, the guys are lookin out for ya it's a tough trade.....I've been around this since I was 3...my daddy drove, listen to the advise, chose your horse wisely and listen, ride one horse and ride it hard you will do well. Keep us posted.

 

KLLM has APU's in their new trucks, the gold ones.

 

Other than KLLM, I can't think of the names of any. I do know that several of them are getting APUs though.

 

. Now-a-Daze, with the new anti-idle laws, seeking a company that's, at least, in the process of equipping their fleet with APUs, would be a good thing to consider when consideration time came.

Imagine doing a re-set in Barstow -- around August, any year, with no idle laws, and no APU.
It ain't pleasant, ......... I know.
I spent a whole two-weeks there, one day. And I sure wouldn't want to do that again.

while bad times seem to linger.

Can you imagine two weeks of misery packed into one day?
Visit Barstow.

Of course, that was back in the day.
Not a bad place to get a Big truck truck washed. Refer washed out.
Fuel
and maybe eat.
But all that could be accomplished in less than six-hours. That leaves 30 hours to burn, or not burn if it's diesel -- today.
Thank gawd it twernt like that -- back in the day.
