For Those Who Know Springfield, MO

I started working for RBX the 17th of March. I enjoy it. Like the people, very laid back. Small company. I'm posting my experience in the following thread.

My mom and step-dad live in Missouri, about an hour from Springfield. Step-dad worked for Ozark for quite a while. Pretty much had only good things to say about them. Only quit because of health issues. Has said a number of times, if he gets things straightened up so he can go back to driving, he will definitely go back to Ozark. He worked for trailiner too. Didn't like them at all and wasn't there long. I worked for TMC for almost 17 years. With their Joplin terminal, and the boats fleet working out of Lebanon, they may be a good option for you to look into as well. Main reason I left TMC was home time issues that developed with me living in South Dakota. I'd likely still be there if I had moved back to Missouri.
