If you look at their scores they are from early 2013 and previous. they havent had a violation in over a year. besides that most of the time its not because a driver doesn't have a medical card its because a driver forgot it or something crazy. we are drivers we have moments where we cant find something at the right moment. i have worked for gold spur for a couple years now and they are still going strong. they switched from hourly to mileage which cut out all the drivers that only wanted to pull one load when they should have been pulling three to four like me. i have health, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, short term and long term disability, i have some great benefits here. not to mention i get to work with some of the best hard working guys i have ever met now that the ones who didnt want to pull their weight are gone. gold spur is a great place to work. we need good drivers who want to work hard to earn a paycheck. it creates job security for me. if you fit this criteria come on board. if you dont go find an hourly job, but we make more money.
