what companies pay a straight 40 hours on the off week of a rotation schedule?

performance technologies doesnt pay u on ur week off...during your 14 on, they give u a check on the 6th day, the 7th and the 14th...not working with them but i know a dude that works for them,.

 

i heard nabors pays you on your week off..just 40 tho

All to correct, they make it sound
Calfrac gets you because the work week for payroll starts Sunday, but the work schedule for day off starts on Thursday. So you still most always will have the "40" in from Sun-Wed.
