280 a day for a o/o isnt any money....different strokes for different folks...but if I took a 95cpm job my wife and kids would kill me...at 95cpm after fuel you might bring home 1200 to 1500 a week? Are you pulling dry van?
-
No I haul a lot of sailboat fuel
-
You pulling a tank for 95cpm and hazmat at that....nothing less then 3.00 a mile boss and thats being nice
-
No I don't haul tank, I haul cans. Easy work
-
What do you drive a 18 wheeler? How far do you go?
-
Yes 18 wheelers do haul containers. I do 1 run 60 miles out in the morning and then 2-3 shorter runs.
in my work that's far! -
So why charge milage instead of by the hour if your local?
-
I get 70%. Some pay $54 hr and others pay zone pay and 1.4 a mile after 40 miles. Some places are a joke to haul for.
