if that doesn't work, try a dynasys they have their own financing, its done like a lease, you own it after the 2 or 3 year lease.

depends on how your credit is, $1700 down /24 months at 420/ and $1700 back end if you got tier 3 credit that's $14000

I paid zero down, 24 payments at 420 , a total of 10,080 for a unit that was 8700 installed with shore power added, it has more than paid for itself . and I didn't have to shell out the entire amount.

considering the fuel you save and the wear on the main engine, it a winning deal no matter how ya go about it.

Before even taking this step, determine if it is something you really need. Many folks can benefit from one, but some of us not so much. I have run the numbers and it would take me about 12 years to break even on a APU. Just do not have that great of a need for one. For simple AC and keeping batteries up, a Yamaha EU2000i portable generator does the trick. But then, I don't run the southern tier of the country, and the few days I do need AC to sleep amount to maybe a total of 14 days at worse. Heating and hotel load on batteries are more critical for me during a year. A portable generator and a webasto bunk heater fits that need.

When you factor everything in, the return on investment may be a long, long time. They are neat, for sure. But then, I don't like having a lawn mower running under me all the time. A Yamaha portable generator is substantially quieter, and only 45lb compared to 400+ for an APU and a fraction of the cost.

I run down south majority of the year and usually stop in the early evening. I hate running my truck for comfort control, so yes, this is something I need & want!!
