Sometimes the frustration of the situation takes precedence over correct grammar or the proper format of sentences, we should try to gain from our fellow drivers as the goal is to inform others of the positive, and negative experiences we encounter in our industry.
Let us try to exercise more patience, in our daily lives and focus on the goal of unification rather than the division, as we are already so divided.

Frustration sometimes overcomes you, and the emphasis is just to convey the message, the proper format or grammar gets left behind.

I spoke with a lady at OOIDA today she said they have no law suit pending against R and W Transportation and only said to take her to small claims court .

 

I can't do PMs at this point, but I count my issue with her as resolved. For me, there was a third party involved. Once that person's input was was removed, we settled up without court. That was February 2013. There was a lot that had happened that was not fair when I worked for her, but I do know that much of that is the past. Some things I view differently after playing the owner operator game (which I do not advise unless you finance the truck through a finance company or buy it outright). But you know, as I see it, all trucking companies are full of #####. Its just a question of which one smells a little better. Ms. Warren is far from perfect, but I know that she has improved things with her company.

So, before I responded to you, I asked her about the allegations you made. And I did some research of my own. Her version of things is very different than yours - including Virginia disabling a truck's GPS and demanding that money be deposited into her account before she re-activated the GPS. There's other stuff, but its all hearsay...

Now, if want to talk about dirty - that's some dirty ##### right there. It would have been one thing if you'd actually ever worked for the company, but I know that she won't hire sex-offenders. Virginia worked for the company - not you. She should post her complaints, not you doing it for her.

Like I said, her version is different than yours, and I can remember her telling me what had happened as it was happening back then. I would have fired Virginia sooner, and I wouldn't let her cousin (Matt) sleep in the truck, or anyone else. And if anyone ever threatened to beat my driver's ### or damage my truck - yes, I'd call the cops in a heart-beat. Isn't that what happened in NJ?
