Maverick reefer division

I was wondering if the temp control division has grown enough to be hiring company drivers...if so hows the milage? and hows the pay? Do they run into canada at all?

 

Maverick's temp control division is only company drivers, they don't have owner operators.

Mileage usually runs in the 2200 to 2900 a week range with a few weeks over 3000 here and there. And yes, they do run into Canada.

I'm a newbie. I live close to little rock and applied for the TCD. I've been accepted and will start orientation on Feb 26th hopefully. Do you have any pointers? And can you tell me what kind of hometime I'll get? They said I will have to drive for 6 months for them paying for the cdl school that I will attend. How long is the average training before I'll get my own truck?
