Huh? Again WTF are you talking about? If logging off duty to switch trailers or drive the truck across the yard to the shop is going to give you a heart attack by all means stay on duty LMAO.

Well, for a driver that lives in his or her truck for weeks at a stretch it's a bit of a different ballgame. If an OTR driver were to work within the strict letter of the law on a regular basis they'd be out of hours in a hurry.
Local guys have to deal with something the road guys don't, which is a commute. What I would like to see happen is for the between shift break to be reduced for OTR drivers, since they sleep where they park. I, on the other hand, have to drive 45 minutes each way in addition to the usual 11-12 hours on the clock.
