I wonder why it says restricted, I travel the 101 when going to a couple different stores, you can find some truck stops off the 101 as well unless no trucks in a certain part of it but then I wouldnt know where your supposed to detour. I travel the 101 as north as Salinas which you find a pilot and as south as Santa Maria.

Sorry, it is the 101 up here in Oregon where I happen to be picking up. Not in California where you are

New steers on the T660, dang old crate ain't half bad now. Pick up York PA tomorrow, heading to Victorville CA, sweet run for my second week with Swift. Been crunching the numbers and asking question for 2 years, think I finally understand enough about the Leasing game and gonna take the plunge.

Corbin, KY at the Love's. Actually drove past my stop so I could get some BBQ at the place next door.

Deliver in the morning then off to Frankfort, KY for a live load then deliver in Salt Lake on Thursday.

At a J in IA, headed to MN.

I was sent a pplan earlier for a big 24 miler, a t-call from Inver Grove.
I'll have, maybe, 2 hours left on my 70 when I pull in tomorrow to t-call this load, and they want me to fit in a load?
I got out the atlas and that 24 paid miles is closer to 45 actual.
I could make it there, but I'd never make it back to a truck stop after delivery. And I'm not getting stuck on the side of a road for a day.
Yup, turned it down. Then I sent a Mac 22 delaying my delivery until 1400 tomorrow.

In and out via Salem ... and my sympathies. I would have waited until Monday for a load coming out of someplace else ... Getting to that place is a pain, especially on the weekends dodging the tourists.

And make sure they pay for routing via Salem ... they like to pay you the route miles via US 20.
