    Hey all,
I'm a new agent and was looking for some advice.

My background is in being a logistics coordinator for other companies out seeking bids from brokers/asset based companies, and establishing contracts. But after nearly a decade I realized my passion for freight and logistics in making my own agency.

Now, I'm under Landstar so it's not COMPLETELY be your own man, but it's really good and I'm making progress.

I'm in Southern California and most of my loads are based out of the rapidly growing craft beer industry so it's all reefer and all out of California so you can imagine, finding capacity can be challenging (especially around harvest season).

So lay it on me! What advice would you give to a fledgling yet growing agent out to put the elbow grease in to be the premiere beer mover there is! I want to help you guys out especially!

    Ukumfe Thanks this.
