Sitting in the big city of Dumas, Tx..
Got a call today about running some hubs on a wind job.
Was told I will be moving 11 units total from a rail head yard to jobsite 234 miles away.
So now I will be a hub hussy I guess for about 3 weeks.
Was told there will be 4 trks. on this deal. Hopefully the contractor will take them as fast as we can turn them.
Will find out more in the morning.
Oh and I get weather pay if to much wind or rain.

 

I've been having some engine noise the last few weeks. I thought maybe the top end was starting to get loose or maybe an injector going bad. Them today it got a little louder and I realized it sounded like a bad manifold gasket. Found this .... Only a year after having the manifold installed at PDI. Guess someone did not do the proper torque sequence I guess.
