I was just wondering if any of you brokers have a packet for brokers that want to "Co-Broker" with your business.
If so, is there anything that they have to sign that say's that broker can not pick loads off "your customer" ?
I don't know, it seems like there is more of the brokers under cutting other brokers it make the shipment happen, rather than truckers picking off your customers.

Yes, we have one. Could careless about back solicitation. Anyone that moves on price isn't a customer that you want anyways.

yes we have one back solicitation clauses are really not worth the paper they are written on.

That being said with the capacity issues we are seeing now it is an unbelievable time to go gain new customers and comand premium rates on it if you can offer service. There is a lot freight sitting on docks.
