In addition: they want me to start after orientation to go into western Canada for the first few months to drive flatbeds. It's because of not having any flatbed experience, so I was just wondering how it would be to drive in western Canada for a while. At least this time of the year it will be ok weather.
I would jump at the chance, If it's BC, that is a great part of the country to visit and to drive.
* If you run off the road up there, you will either hit something really hard, a tree or a mountain or you will fall hundreds of feet into a river. All good fun! Just yanking your chain.
