Did they not fully tighten it then?
Hopefully the threads are ok for the new bolts to stay tight

What is Pdi's response to this Rob? I would hope they would be working with you to get this fixed! The point of aftermarket stuff in most cases is to prevent stupid mishaps like that. Are they studs or bolts holding it on also?

 

PDI told me that I had this all installed 13 months ago. Their warranty is only for 12 months. So I'm SOL as of right now. I have the truck at Peterbilt right now to have it fixed. They will document what they think caused it and I will go back at PDI with the findings. I don't expect them to cover the entire bill, but part of it would sure be nice. We shall see. Of they balk at me, then I will spread the word about how they handled the situation all over the internet.
