Your MVR is through the home CDL state. Your DAC is through a private company that will only that info from it's subscribers, except that DAC can get a copy of your MVR record and that's how your MVR gets on the DAC.

Violation do not automaticaly go to DAC it's only updated when DAC pulls a new MVR record.

When CA. sent it off it may have been changed to whatever your state vol. list was close to what they saw on CA. list of vol. A lawyer at road/law ph# 888 276 8000 can reopen the case, like J D said try to have it fixed at DAC. AS you found out it does not look good to recruiters.

Don't really matter where he got it. The issuing state reports it to DAC. I have never lived in VA but I got the citation in VA and they are the one who reported it to dac

The issuing state does not report any thing to DAC, no state does.

DAC pulls a MVR record like any one can.

MVR records are available as public info in all states.

My state didn't even report it to dac because 70/55 is not considered reckless driving there but it is in VA. I still have the ticket, I was written up for speeding 70/55 on the ticket (Nothing said about reckless driving on the ticket) and that's what I told dac. she said yea but 15 over in Virginia is considered Reckless driving so she could not remove it, since I got the citation in VA. Its no longer on my MVR but its still on my DAC report and she said it always would be

This was on the MVR, which is what she sent me. I've ordered my DAC so maybe that will clarify.

Your MVR doesn't go on your DAC Report. The only thing that goes on your dac report is unsafe operation or reckless driving. Ive never had a speeding ticket show up on my dac other than the one where VA charged me for reckless driving and since it wasn't listed as reckless driving on my MVR, how do you suppose they come up with that and all the other info about that ticket they have on my report? The only thing that was listed on my mvr was speeding 70/55, the date, the outcome(Fined), and the state so how did they get the rest of the info that is related to that ticket? Maybe they searched every county in Va and finally found it?
