Math is wrong:
3200 X .25 = 800.
3650 X .25 = 912.50
4100 * .25 = 1025
These are gross numbers but just multiply eachby .8 (Income Tax) for Net earinings. I think if you are teaming you EACH get .25 per mile not splitting the total. If you are splitting the total you are getting Sr*wed by your company. -

I do not know if that is in the FMCSA regulations, but I will not go along with this idea. -
