Smitty, it looks like you are only reading the negative reports, there are good posts about good companies, look for them, also, you must consider the source. A lot of the gripes are from new people who are just trying to fit in to the trucking world. I do not believe most people say that it is easy, it isn't, a lot of responsibilty is placed on the driver, same as the captain of a ship or airplane.

I think the problem you are haveing is that you expect to be thought of as a person by some of these companys...not the case lol sadly you and I and all the rest of the drivers in this country, call me a negitive thinker at the least...but we are warm bodies in a seat. Not to all companies, but a large part of em. How many ads have you read that go something like "We treat our drivers like family" only part they leave out is you are that family member that everyone avoids and never gets a invite to the family picnic!!!

they all cant be negitive. what they are is what they experienced when they were in training either at the training facility or when with a trainer and alot of it happen when they were with a trainer. they stated the trainer made them do all the driving and taught them nothing. and when they made someone aware of this they were fired! but they were giving other reasons for being fired some off the wall b***s*** reason. i understand about one person grip.but you got to read between the lines some of these post cant all be grips . lets be real now
