Parked Here for the Night

Sitting in Dysarts in Bangor ME trying to get my scanner and Transflo back on speaking terms, and waiting for details on my next pickup. ###### I hate PC's. Kicking myself right now for not getting another Apple laptop, I have great luck with those.

 

Well two of my batteries were shot. One was leaking and dead and the other was weak. $525 later I was rolling.

Shout out to D & K Truck repair in Charleston, MO. He said he'd be there in 45 min and he was spot on. Good service.

 

Throwing this load of ketchup, mustard, and relish off in Fremont Ohio, hitting the cb shop, and heading for the ranch

 

Rest area on 26 in SC , and I have to laugh because there is a sign here that says no overnight parking . Really ??????
Oh , well ..

 

LOL he forgot to tell you, that's why he wanted to go to L.A.?

 

Dunno..But last I heard from dispatch he's still out there somewhere-and I'm home tomorra. (And I really doubt he is so physic as to predict a fast moving late April Winter Storm) But if he is: I will go out of my way to make him a friend of mine..

 

I've parked at south Carolina rest areas overnight with no problems that had those signs. Their state troopers seen to have better things to do.

I was the only truck here for over a hour and a half , 2 more just pulled in. Lmao

 

The only state I know that ever actively did enforcement on rest area parking limits was Virginia and they don't anymore.
