Ya same truck.....

So the same guy beached his trailer then hit a bridge on the same load? Wow as stated 2D2D!
Green-eyed Lady Thanks this. -
Ok. Sucks to be him.

Thats a whole lotta trailer. I've seen the some of the smaller companies do it. Some guy starts a company, gets a financial backer to help him buy a truck and a multi axle, put a guy that's been hauling sticks and bricks behind the wheel, and start moving freight. Instant disaster.

Cant remember where here I got this pic from, but I laugh when I look at it. You don't try a U turn with a stretch, let alone with a jeep and stinger.Cetane+ Thanks this. -
After seeing this , I couldnt help but look at bridges today as I was going under , and dam I never noticed before , there were a lot of people at one point or another that had a bad day.. lol.
Some really had some big chunks taken out of them . Lol281ric Thanks this. -
heard that.

No way not possible to be the same truck. Nobody can be that.......well never mind.

The trick is to have your route with all the over height bypasses scoped out before you roll. Problem for me is I need glasses to read and none to drive so it's like juggling cats. Or you just do part of your route and pull over every hour and memorize the next couple of bypasses for height. Not as easy as that guy made it look

I was following the remnants of a chopped up sawmill on a flat deck through the Roger's pass in western Canada when "thung" he said did you hear something? I said i di "thung" there it is again. He did not make it through the snow sheds and the dents in the signs can still be seen 20 years later. lmao
NavigatorWife Thanks this.
