pre hire drug screen

I thought thought the same thing. In all my years I have not seen this temptation out on the road as previously mentioned. Maybe cause I mainly keep to myself.

 

Im proud of you for cleaning up your act.This school you obtained your cdl didn't give you a drug test or did you get your CDL on your own?May I ask what kind of drugs your recovering from,?I don't know if 2 months is enough time to even pass a urine test?

 

They probably just have him a pee test. I'd shave all my hair if I were him that way the worst that could happen was he'd get told to come back when his hair grows out.

 

Ask your buddy if they only do the pee test & let this guy know. PTL is a pretty good dry van company & trucks have APU's.

 

2 months should be more than enough time for a p test. The hardest thing I've heard is weed, which if you are overweight, can take up to a month or more. There is a chart online that tells how long drugs stay in your system, and aside from weed, doesn't look like anything over 2 weeks for p test, and 3 months for hair/fingernails. http://www.passyourdrugtest.com/timetable.htm

 

he said no hair test at PTL, pee test only.

He said they've had him basically running a giant loop from Columbus, OH to Fontana, CA to Lakeland, FL then back to Columbus. Sounds like a good gig.
