Home in Appleton. Going out with my friends tomorrow night to blow off a little steam before my last big load to Texas on Monday. Life is good.

I made it home and even had time to run a load of corn to St. Paul. Loading corn in the morning then going to the shop and replacing my clutch switch and steer axle brakes on my truck. I've got a few things to putz with on a couple flats and hoppers then its goof off time after that.

Headed to Atlanta, IL Monday at lunch time.

Well we got all lded. up Sat. morning and call the job site.
Nope not taking any trks. today. They were still trying to get trks. unlded from Thurs. late and Fri.
Got to love G.E.. The ld. date on my bills are for Tues. this coming week and off ld. same day.
So that means I can sit all day Monday and they do not have to pay me.
    Cheap arses....

That bites. I will trade you weeks this week if you want....

I am loading an ambulance in Pine, AZ today and deliver it in Colorado Springs tomorrow afternoon.

Then the fun starts, I think. Going to dh home 100 miles and pick up my extra axle then dh 150 miles into the mountains to Salida to load a piece then haul it back 150 miles to scale it.

I would say there is about 75% chance it is going to be either too heavy gross or too heavy to axle.

This week is going to suck big time.

Just got done talking with one of the nacelle haulers. I guess the off load crew spent most of the day walking a crawler crane across the road way.
The 3 other hub trks. did get unlded as I saw them hding north. Sad this is 2 of them were stuck at job site since Thurs. late afternoon.. I do not know if they dropped at night and went to town for food or not.
We will see what this week brings, but I'm not making book on it being a good week.

Also trying to figure out creative financing to get another trl. again.
Pulling this company trl. has me too limited in my plans to make more money

That or pull my lift axle off and lighten the trk. to pull a step deck for a certain person if he ever gets done working on it.. :biggrin_25525:
