Nightgunner, good luck with your new truck and the IC program.
You mentioned that 1/2 the training class washed out. How many started? And what were the reasons why?
Keep us posted on your progress, as its an endeavor that I might consider in the future.
Best of luck!!

Thanks!
We started with 14 on Monday. 3 failed the physical skills or whatever it is called.
1 left due to family/pay/personal/felt lied to by recruiting issues is the best way to describe it.
1 left due to being afraid to walk on the tanks (went to the van side)
1 failed to drive the truck safely on the road test (I have no details, but he REALLY failed it)
1 no matter what just could not grasp the concept of how to offload a tank.
I can promise that of the 7 who completed yesterday and start with the TE today or tomorrow, 4 will not last 6 months(attitude), 1 of them I will give 30 days.
You do have to do more than rub 2 brain cells together.88 Alpha, mattbnr, harlycharly55 and 2 others Thank this. -
That's a awesome diagnosis. Made me laugh actually haha88 Alpha Thanks this.

Attitude is the key to success at any endeavor. Bad attitude equals bad results period.
-
When will you be done with training? I mean ready for a TE.
-
I start with my TE tonight at midnight (I am so not a night owl). Should be done around noon on Tuesday and then start SQT on Wednesday and Thursday. Seriously ready to go back to making money.
-
Why midnight
