    Because of SNI policy, 99% of relay/drop and hook of placard loads will take place at the OC. Otherwise, you will be required to wait for the receiving driver to do a face to face handoff. Good policy, I would not be comfortable with dropping a placarded trailer just anywhere.

    Terminal and I had forgot to send in Mac 17 so stopped quickly at a truck stop sent it in started moving and not even 2 minutes after sending in Mac 17 got 10 new messages and of course as typing this I get another 10 messages lol

    You will relay many a placarded load at tank washes and have no idea who or when it will pick up. Happens every day. You will rarely if ever relay at a truck stop.
