Can anyone tell me what Covenant teams make after training? The only info I have found is the $525 with a trainer and .41 cpm for the first 90 days teaming. What do teams make after that?
-
Military-22 CPM, Civilian -20.5 CPM. Unless training pay went up it is 450 for civilians, 500 for military. During the 90 days you have a minimum guarantee of 700 dollars. However you say you have 2 years experience so your CPM scale is probably different. The pay info I provided is for FNG'S

Blacktop, thanks for the correction. I drove for 2 years along time ago with Werner, but since I didn't renew my CDL after I went into the military, I am starting from scratch again but this time with my wife. I like that military starting pay! My real question is after the 90 days, what does team pay go up to?
-
Latitude, after ur 90 day teaming with your wife it goes to .41 on per diem or .45 non per diem. We just got a pay increase last week of .03 mile and the miles have been sweet. We run hazmat team in the reefer div and love it. Not every day is sunshine but that's trucking. Covenant has been good to us for 4 years and we've got about 8 to go before we hang it up. We will be getting $1500 each in vacation pay later on this year when we reach our 5 year anniversary.
Good luck on your decision and be sure to wave to all of us in the Covenant trucks!double yellow and latitude34az Thank this. -

So news came in yesterday throught the quailcomm, covenant is now switching to TA/Petro as their preffered fuel stop. I guess they got a new contract with them. I liked the flyingj/pilot but maybe the change is for the better.
double yellow Thanks this. -
Petros are dirty sess-pools IMO. TA's are few and far in between on interstates. I personally like Loves. I'm going to take this last week to rack up as many pilot points as I can before the official changeover in the beginning of June. At least I won't have to go out of my way to go get the new fuel book at a terminal since I'm in California 2-3 times a week. Reefer Division.
