As you wish, sensei. LOL......it's just that those of us wanting to drink from the well are gettin' thirsty.

True...Schneider training is intense, 9-10 hours a day with lots to do, but so far going well going out with a Training engineer for a week so that should be interesting...Kickstand-117 Thanks this.

Training is really great here, lots of information a lot to take in probably understood less than half of everything that I've been told!!!...lol...O well I expect as I go on I'll pick it up. I like the way the operations center is set up with a cafeteria, showers, laundry, lots of parking. I wonder if this is just a Schneider thing or if its industry standard.
I also like that everybody treats everybody else with a measure of respect, no put downs or "hazing" so to speak of newbies...its all a great big welcome to new drivers. Makes me feel comfortable especially since there appears to be no preferential treatment apparent for people that have been there 20 years...pride in longevity but not in a way that makes the new guy feel inadequate! -
Oh just wait, the hazing will happen when you complete your 3rd week and try and get into that pristine 1st truck, just ask lil eddy
-
WHAT!!!!...I was eyeing a shiny Cascadia with sweet rims and a APU!!...

When I dropped that 2004 3 years ago it had 920,000 on it. By now it should be to at least 1,200,000.91B20H8 Thanks this.
