For California to cut truckers a break on fuel taxes would be a miracle of Jesus proportions

 

Probably due to the fact that regular gas has to be made into California's "summer blend" and diesel probably stays the same. Gas prices in Cali shoot up every year just before summer time.

 

Loaded finally and parked at a rest area on 81 in TN.

I really have to start recording the dumb things I say.
it took them like 4 and a Hal hrs to load me today , so. Lol

The guy comes out hands me a paper to sign , so middle of signing .
I look up and say , so did it feel good ?
He said : did what feel good .
I said : well you have been #### ing my trailer with your forklift for four hrs now , you must have surely got some enjoyment out of it.

He didnt know what to say, and started laughing ...

 

I have got to have a brewski with you someday..Yeah..You can bring your reefer with!!

Parked at truck stop in Greeley. Pick up at Milards around the corner in the morning and head back to La Porte.

 

10 miles away from home... There until Saturday morning!!
