Summerlin? Holy smokes you must be rich! You got any sisters?! That is a tough area to park in. I have had drops there where you could not arrive before 9 in the morning because people living next to their grocery store ( you know the one they buy their bacon and eggs and coffee from...) Well. They do not want a reefer or truck interrupting their sleep.

In that neighborhood you are going to have to just ask businesses if it is okay to park.

I live in las vegas and what i have done is went to the wal mart that is about two blocks from my house and spoke to the manager there i explained what i did and ask if i could park there while home tge manager yold me that it is fine being parked in the back of the store... Just a thought but something to consider
