    So far from what I am reading Mark Kling seems to be very accommodating. It's easy to misunderstand a typed message and mistakenly think someone is being rude or dismissive. Take that into account and things will probably go a little smoother. Like I said, as an outside observer Mark Kling seems to be going above and beyond customer service.
