You can break them down where the panels go in a rack underneath and the bows and tarp stow away in the bulkhead

    passingthru69 and Rugerfan Thank this.

The one I pulled the panels and racks and tarp took up the whole bulkhead, I don't like that I like to keep tarps and chain and stuff in their.

I knew a outfit who at one time who had a side kit that was as tall as a van trailer. I couldn't imagine handling panels that big in the wind though.

I couldn't imagine one that tall... handling would be hard enough but where would you store the panels when it is broken down?

My boss use to say this about a guy that just retired:
I locked Chuck in a room with a monkey and an anvil on Friday, I cam back Monday and the anvil was broken and the monkey was pregnant!

Years ago we had one with doors on the back and a roll tarp. I believe the concept was that van loads paid well from IA to Chicago, and steel loads paid much better coming back. I might be able to top that though...we started as a livestock hauling company. They would haul livestock to Chicago, then get the trailer cleaned out. Then put plywood sides in the trailer and go load steel. Overhead crane loading.
